SeekerSIM ("we", "our", "the app") is a decentralised eSIM marketplace that lets you purchase global mobile data plans using cryptocurrency — SOL, USDC, or SKR (Seeker) — via your Solana wallet.
The short version: We do not create accounts. We do not store passwords. We do not sell your data. Your Solana wallet is your identity — we only interact with your public key, which is already public on the blockchain.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, IP address, location data, biometrics, or any other personally identifying information.
SeekerSIM uses Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) to connect to your Solana wallet app. We never have access to your private key, seed phrase, or any ability to initiate transactions without your explicit approval.
What we see: Only your wallet's public key — already visible to everyone on the Solana blockchain. Used solely to query your SOL, USDC, and SKR balances.
All transactions are signed exclusively by you. Transaction records are permanently public on Solana — we have no ability to delete or alter them.
When you purchase a plan we pass the minimum required information to our eSIM providers (Airalo and eSIMAccess): the plan selected and a unique order reference tied to your Solana transaction signature. We do not pass your name, wallet address, or any other personal data.
Your eSIM QR code is displayed on-screen and not stored on our servers. If you close the app before saving your QR code, contact the eSIM provider with your transaction signature as proof of purchase.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. The only data flows are: Helius RPC (public key balance queries), Airalo/eSIMAccess (minimum order data to issue your eSIM), CoinGecko API (price queries — no personal data sent), and legal requirements if mandated by law.
Wallet public key: device memory only, cleared when you disconnect. eSIM order details: held in session memory only. On-chain transactions: permanent and immutable on Solana (outside our control). We store almost no data on our own systems.
All API communications use HTTPS/TLS. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases. Payments require explicit biometric or PIN approval in your wallet app. All transactions are cryptographically signed and verifiable on Solana mainnet.
Note: You are responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase, and device secure. SeekerSIM cannot recover funds from a confirmed blockchain transaction.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Given our minimal data collection, most rights are satisfied automatically. For data held by eSIM provider partners, contact them directly.
SeekerSIM is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SeekerSIM after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be noted in app update release notes on the Solana dApp Store.

By downloading, installing, or using SeekerSIM ("the App", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SeekerSIM regarding your use of the App and related services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle any data associated with your use of the App.
SeekerSIM is a mobile application built for Solana Mobile devices that enables users to purchase eSIM data plans in 190+ countries using Solana-based cryptocurrencies (SOL, USDC, SKR). The App acts as a marketplace interface connecting users to third-party eSIM providers (Airalo and eSIMAccess).
SeekerSIM is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Solana Mobile Inc. or the Solana Foundation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SeekerSIM. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of the App complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on the purchase or use of eSIM services or cryptocurrency payments.
All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain using Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. SeekerSIM never has access to your private key or seed phrase.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a payment transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before approval.
Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The SOL, USDC, and SKR amounts shown in the App are calculated at the time of your purchase using live price feeds. SeekerSIM is not responsible for any price fluctuations before or after your transaction.
You are responsible for any network transaction fees ("gas fees") associated with your Solana wallet. These fees are not controlled by SeekerSIM.
eSIM plans are sourced from third-party providers (Airalo and eSIMAccess). Availability, data allowances, coverage, and network quality are determined by those providers and their carrier partners. SeekerSIM makes no guarantees regarding network coverage, connection speed, or service availability in any specific location.
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be displayed within the App. You are responsible for saving or installing your QR code promptly. SeekerSIM does not store QR codes on its servers after delivery.
If you experience issues with an eSIM plan after activation (network issues, data not working), please contact the relevant eSIM provider directly using your Solana transaction signature as proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of blockchain payments and digital goods, all purchases made through SeekerSIM are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on-chain and the eSIM has been issued.
Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances only:
To request an exception, contact us at support@seekersim.app with your Solana transaction signature within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Any refunds, if approved, will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase.
SeekerSIM is not responsible for eSIM plans that are unused, expired, or that you are unable to install due to device incompatibility.
Holders of a verified Seeker Genesis NFT (mint address: 9USAzZqpZrXYb8JHP1tvHh37YVFNj65TRhwZynnfMNxH) may be eligible for exclusive discounted pricing on eSIM plans ("Genesis Holder Pricing").
Genesis Holder Pricing is automatically detected by querying your connected wallet's NFT holdings via the Helius API. SeekerSIM makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability of Genesis Holder Pricing and reserves the right to modify or discontinue this feature at any time.
Any attempt to fraudulently claim Genesis Holder Pricing without holding a valid Genesis NFT constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree not to use SeekerSIM to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the App and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
All content within SeekerSIM — including but not limited to its design, interface, logos, source code, and written content — is the intellectual property of SeekerSIM and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks referenced within the App (including Solana, Airalo, eSIMAccess) remain the property of their respective owners.
SeekerSIM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
Blockchain and cryptocurrency services carry inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are using SeekerSIM at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekerSIM and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeekerSIM and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SeekerSIM after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
